Therapeutic Massage – ½ hr~$45 1 hr~$70 1½ hr~$95

Your therapeutic massage session will blend together many bodywork techniques and essential oils to address your specific needs. We may work to soothe your nerves with general relaxation and Swedish style massage or diminish your pain with deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Before each appointment, we will discuss your goals for your session so that we can best meet your needs.

Ashiatsu-Barefoot Massage – ½ hr~$45 1 hr~$70 1½ hr~$95

Ashi-atsu, meaning foot-pressure, is similar to a regular therapeutic massage, except it is performed with the therapist's feet rather than her hands. The broad surface of the foot provides a smooth, balanced pressure. The nature of the massage strokes produce a very deep stretch in the muscles and joints. It is often described as one of the deepest, most luxurious massages in the world.

Hot Stone Massage – ½ hr~$45 1 hr~$70 1½ hr~$95

Allow your aches and pains to melt away as heated stones are used to massage your tissues and muscles. Hot stone massage is especially beneficial for individuals who need the therapy of deep work but do not like the pressure involved in deep tissue massages.

Facelift Massage – ½ hr~$45

Treat yourself with an experience beyond that of a typical facial. This therapy uses hot towels and luxurious products to improve the skins texture and appearance as it tones the facial muscles, releases tension, and gives you a more youthful appearance.

Reflexology – ½ hr~$45 1 hr~$70

Based on ancient Egyptian practices, reflexology works with specific pressure points on the feet and hands to stimulate your nervous system and improve circulation to all the organs and tissues in the body. In this therapy, we will work on the feet to bring balance to the entire body.

Lymphatic Drain Massage – 1 hr~$70 1½ hr~$95

Every day we expose our bodies to a plethera of chemicals and toxins in the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the products we use. Our bodies must filter through these chemicals and toxins so the body can function at its optimal level. Lymphatic drain massages work the entire body with a very systematic set of massage strokes to assist the body in filtering the lymph and releasing toxins. This therapy boosts the immune system, helps to reduce seasonal allergy symptoms, and improves our overall health.

Raindrop Therapy – 1 hr~$70 1½ hr~$95

Several essential oils are worked into the feet and along the spine in this wonderful therapy. Benefits include improved immune function and relief from chronic spinal and sciatic pain. Some therapeutic massage is included in a raindrop therapy session.
